Opening time of the service: 

  • From Monday to Friday from 8.00 h.to 14.00 h.
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 15.00 h.to 18.00 h.

 

Activities:

The Organization of the Company’s Service Quality and Accreditation, with reference to the national, regional and company mandate, represent the development tool to promote ,help ,and support operationally and spread the knowledge and the use of methodology and tools of Management Systems for the Quality, in compliance with the expectations of the person’s needs , for the continuous improvement of healthcare and administrative process. In that sense, the activities are:

  • Implement the management of the Company’s Quality System, coordinating in particular the preparatory activity to the Institutional Accreditation provided by the Basilicata Region;
  • Adopt the Quality Manual,the Pluriennial Plan and Annual Quality Plans;
  • Plan and implement the Audit work of the First Part;
  • Plan in the departments and districts initiatives to encourage the evaluation and assessment of the quality of the performance processes of the procedures of the structural requirements, through actions of continuous improvement based on latest scientific knowledge;
  • Activate a network of quality contacts with administrative assistance clinical and professional-technical profiles present in the departments/districts and in the UU.OO., for the implementation of the Quality Management System.
