Opening times to the services:
- From Monday to Friday from 8.30 h. to 13.30 h.
- Tuesday and Thursday from 15.00 h. to 16.30 h.
How to access:
- Outpatient visits Team UVBR : programming by UVBR and sending to user the letter of invitation to medical examination.
- Home care visits Team UVBR programming by UVBR and sending to user -request by ADI service on special forms.
Activities:
- Prescriptive assessment of the pertinence of rehabilitation therapy.
- Acceptance of programs and rehabilitation projects submitted by Rehabilitation centers accredited ex art.26 L.833/78.
- Prescriptive assessment of the pertinence of rehabilitation therapy
- Home care and outpatient visits by Team UVBR.
- Completion pf the administrative procedure (protocol,notification of the authorization centers and users).
- Registration on personal cards and filing the documents.
- Verbal and on phone meetings with the Rehabilitation centers, with users, with MMG and with the medical social workers of the disticts.
- Technical feedback on monthly health rehabilitation services.
